Rock Energy Cooperative was excited to participate in this year’s South Beloit Trunk-or-Treat event. Children were loading up on the candy on the weekend before Halloween during the Trunk-or-Treat event, which was held in South Beloit, IL on Saturday, Oct. 24, at City Park. Plenty of costumed children made their way through the line of cars and trucks that were doling out the sweets.
Along with area churches, businesses and organizations dishing out treats, officials from the fire department and police department got into the act.
All-in-all, children got their share of candy and adventure as they practiced for the BIG treat day — Halloween, which was the following Saturday, Oct. 31.
