Change your service address or your email address when you need to
Please do not use this form to report outages; our email account is not monitored 24 hours per day. If you have an outage or smell gas, please call us 24 hours per day, seven days a week, at (608) 752-4550 or (866) 752-4550.
To request changes to your contact information, to start service, stop service, or change the address of service within our area, you may use the form below to initiate the change. Be sure you have included the current account name and account number regardless of change requested and only use phone numbers where we may reach you during business hours in case we have questions. Please allow three business days for changes to take effect.
For security purposes, however, we cannot accept requests to change account names online and must verify account billing address changes by offline means as well. In those cases, please contact any one of our Member Services Representatives by phone, Monday through Friday, at (608) 752-4550 or (866) 752-4550 or stop by our offices in Janesville or South Beloit.
To change your contact information or billing information: Please complete the appropriate fields in the "current" and "new" contact information sections. Please be sure to include the current account name and account number regardless of change requested, then press "request change" at the bottom of the form. Please note that we must verify all billing address changes and name changes before they can be processed.
If you're moving within our service area: Please complete the "current contact information" section and both the "stop service" and "start service" sections, then press "request change" at the bottom of the form.
If you're moving into our service area: Please complete the "name," "phone" and "email" lines in the contact information section and all questions in the "start service" section, then press "request change" at the bottom of the form.
If you're moving out of our service area: Please complete the contact information section to reflect new address to maintain membership and the "stop service" section, then press "request change" at the bottom of the form.
Please note that the co-op will send a response to your request, either by email or phone. If you do not hear from us, the request should be considered incomplete. Please call the office at 1-866-752-4550 during normal business hours, Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and speak with a member service representative.
