Online Payment Options:

  1. Credit Card—Visa or MasterCard ($3.95 fee)
  2. Online Payment through member's bank or financial institution—IMPORTANT! This option must be initiated from the member’s financial institution (REC does not charge a fee to accept payments by this method although fees may vary based on your bank or financial institution)

At this time REC only accepts Visa or MasterCard payments through E-Bill.  The credit card processing company will assess a $3.95 fee for each transaction of $500 or less.

There is no charge by the co-op to receive online, electronic payments that are initiated by the member from their own financial institution.                     

Members will need to contact their bank or other financial institution to establish an online payment account. Please be advised that at this time, the cooperative is unable to initiate any payment request directly from a member’s checking or savings account using ebill.
