Just how do you define a co-op anyway?
Rock Energy Co-op was formed to provide reliable electric power to rural locations not serviced by other utility companies more than 70 years ago. While our service area has expanded greatly and we now also distribute natural gas to our member/customers, providing reliable energy service is still our primary mission. The way we approach and fulfill that mission is also unchanged.
